It's impossible to put a cost on the life of a pet. Any fan of The Price is Right knows Bob Barker's famous daily sign off, "Help control the pet population, have your pet spayed or neutered." According to the Humane Society, nearly 8 million dogs and cats end up in shelters each year. Biters, let's do our part by fixing our pets. |
