Growing List of Pet Friendly Restaurants

I'm so glad more and more restaurants are making their facilities pet-friendly. Nothing makes me more happy than walking by a restaurant and seeing someone's faithful companion happily resting at their feet. And isn't it great when a restaurant owner keeps fresh bowls of water in front of their entrance and have a ready supply of doggie-bones. You can be sure those are the restaurants that will get MY business.

The Moss Beach Distillery has a beautiful heated outdoor patio, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where they welcome all well-behaved dogs and their owners. They even have a menu that has been designed specifically for dogs only. Their dog food menu features items such as grilled hot dogs, mini burger patties, and even a skirt steak for those really good dogs.
Through the end of August they are holding a dog photo contest. They ask that you bring your dog to the Distillery and they will take your dog's picture as they enjoy the patio. There will be one first prize winner who will receive a $100 gift certificate to the Distillery. Two second place winners will receive a $50 gift certificate and five third place winners will receive a $25 gift certificate. This should be fun for the whole family. Visit the Distillery and show your furry friends what real dog food is.
