RETURNS
If not entirely satisfied for any reason, return merchandise within 30 days of delivery for refund less shipping and handling. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You must call or email us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number before you ship your package. This number must be written on the box or the box will be returned to sender.
STANDARD SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES
Shipping rates are as follows:
$0 to $49.99 ...........................$5.00
$50.00 to $99.99 ............…....$10.00
$100.00 to $199.99 …………$15.00
$200.00 and over …………...$20.00
A $2.00 handling fee is add to each order.
Shipping
All orders typically ship within one to two business days, via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. For overnight or next day delivery please contact the 3A Pet Sitting & Products office to make arrangements. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery Time
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery of in-stock items. Delivery times will vary based on your location, however most priority packages will arrive within two to five days of shipping.
Backorders
Backordered items will be removed from the website. In the event that an item becomes unavailable before it is removed from the website the order will be processed normally, and the backordered item will be shipped via USPS priority mail as soon as the item becomes available. You will be notified that an item is on backorder, and will be notified when it ships.
Shipping Outside The Lower 48 States
Standard Shipping is available for orders shipped to addresses within the continental US. Orders shipped to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and other addresses outside the contiguous 48 states will incur an additional $8.00 shipping & handling charge. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be billed the difference and payment must be received before items will ship.
International Orders
Orders are shipped only to US addresses. International orders require extra shipping costs. Please contact the 3A Pet Sitting & Products office to place your order and make shipping arrangements.
PAYMENT
Credit Cards
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal are accepted through PayPal, which is a secure online transaction provider. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to use this function.
Checks and Money Orders
If sending your order by mail (see our address above), we accept checks and/or money orders made payable to 3A Pet Sitting. We must receive your payment by mail before we ship you the merchandise ordered.
COD Orders
Sorry, no COD orders.
SalesTax
Due to current software constraints, your sales tax is zero. If you do live in California, however, with the next software update, sales tax will be charged.
